These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and Cancertoto (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at cancertoto.cam and all associated services, products, software, tools, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the website, placing a bet, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Cancertoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Cancertoto platform and close your account if one has been opened.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on Cancertoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Cancertoto enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not hold player accounts.
• You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of gambling in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Cancertoto or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or service providers.

• You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from entering into binding agreements.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on Cancertoto. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (based on shared personal information, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other matching criteria), Cancertoto reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances therein pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. Cancertoto shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC). Cancertoto is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit valid identity documentation (such as your Malaysian IC, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time frame may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5.1 Permitted Use. Cancertoto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary between jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Services is lawful in your location. Cancertoto makes no representation that the Services are appropriate, available, or lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

5.3 Personal Use Only. All bets placed through your Account must be made in your own name, on your own behalf, and using funds that belong to you. Placing bets on behalf of third parties, or allowing third parties to place bets through your Account, is prohibited.

5.4 Technical Access. You may not use automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other mechanical or electronic means to access or interact with the Cancertoto platform. Any attempt to systematically exploit the platform's software, games, or odds infrastructure constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Cancertoto accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment channels, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency options (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, Litecoin). Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the Deposit page.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits and balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Own Funds. All funds deposited to your Cancertoto Account must be sourced from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Cancertoto reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of deposited funds at any time.

6.4 Processing Times. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited to your Account balance in real time. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.

6.5 Failed Transactions. Cancertoto shall not be liable for any failed deposits caused by third-party payment processors, bank outages, or insufficient funds in the User's external account. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit, Cancertoto reserves the right to correct the error without notice.

7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified Accounts that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus funds and are in good standing (no pending disputes, fraud flags, or pending KYC documents).

7.2 Processing Times. Cancertoto endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfer — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These are target ranges and are not guaranteed. Processing during peak periods, national public holidays, or where additional verification is required may take longer.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Users may not accumulate withdrawals to circumvent maximum limits.

7.4 Matching Deposit Method. For fraud prevention purposes, Cancertoto may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Remaining winnings may be withdrawn via an alternative method upon request, subject to verification.

7.5 Withholding. Cancertoto reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where KYC documentation remains incomplete. In such cases, the User will be notified and provided with an opportunity to resolve the issue.

8.1 General Promotion Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by Cancertoto are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These promotion-specific terms supplement these general Terms and, in the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms.

8.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per eligible user, household, IP address, payment method, and device. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and may result in Account termination.

8.4 Cancertoto's Right to Modify. Cancertoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an Account and subject to active wagering will not be retroactively removed, except in cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation.

8.5 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus. Players who deposit using supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) may be eligible for an additional 2% bonus up to MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. This offer is subject to the specific promotional terms and standard wagering requirements.

9.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed through Cancertoto are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation message or bet reference number is displayed to the User. Cancertoto reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion.

9.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a palpable error in odds (including pricing errors, data feed errors, or system malfunctions), Cancertoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

9.3 Sports Betting — Event Cancellation. If a sporting event (including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UEFA competitions, UFC bouts, or any other covered sport) is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the specified completion threshold, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. 9.4 Casino & Live Dealer Games. Results for all casino and live dealer games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer action as applicable. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game engine. Technical malfunctions that interrupt a game session will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Cancertoto platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Registering or using the platform if you are under the age of 21 years.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Operating more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
4. Using funds sourced from criminal activity or attempting to use the platform for money laundering purposes.
5. Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Using automated tools, betting bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
7. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
8. Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information regarding the outcome of any event.
9. Threatening, harassing, or abusing Cancertoto staff, support agents, or other users via any communication channel.
10. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or infrastructure of the Cancertoto platform.

12.2 You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view the content on the platform solely for your personal use in connection with the Services. 12.3 The Cancertoto name, logo, and all related branding elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of Cancertoto. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cancertoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

13.2 Cancertoto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

13.3 Cancertoto does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or technical failure beyond our reasonable control.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Cancertoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via a notification on the platform or by email to your registered address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of your Account.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cancertoto holds its operating licence.

15.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, a transaction, a bet, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact Cancertoto's customer support team via the live chat feature. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable time frame.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory or adjudication body as specified under your applicable gambling licence conditions.

15.4 Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
